Some vehicles listed may not be available for auction. Additional vehicles may be included in the auction. Keys may not always be available, even when the list states that they are included.

Vehicle Auctions

The City of Omaha offers vehicles for auction every Saturday at 10:00 a.m. We will not have an auction if the following occurs:

• If a holiday falls on Saturday
• If there are not enough vehicles to auction
• Inclement weather

We will post cancellations or changes on this website, and if you are signed up to receive an RSS feed, you will be notified by email when it is updated. Otherwise, please check this website before coming out for updates.

Approximately 70 to 120 vehicles are auctioned. The vehicles offered range from drivable to salvage. A buyer's fee is added to the purchase price of every vehicle that sells for over $20. For more information on fees, please see the #6 of the Auction Rules. 

Vehicles may be viewed on auction day from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.

The City of Omaha offers personal property, for auction, on the first Saturday of each month at 9 a.m. (The only exception is when a holiday falls on the first Saturday).

The auction is open to the general public. It is cash only, no checks or credit cards.
